Free access to the recording of the “Coaching and Travel Journalism” workshop led by Eric Barrantes

The World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO) has announced that the recording of the workshop “Coaching and Travel Journalism,” led by renowned Peruvian journalist Eric Barrantes, is now available for free and open to the public.

This training event, held as part of the international training series for travel journalists, brought together professionals and students from various countries interested in integrating coaching tools into tourism-focused journalism.

During the workshop, Eric Barrantes shared strategies to enhance empathetic communication, personal leadership, and conscious decision-making in journalistic practice. He also provided practical examples of how coaching can help build more human-centered and transformative narratives in the tourism field, focusing on community well-being and the journalist’s active role as an agent of change.
