Students and Professors from CESMAG University participated in the 14th International Congress of Journalists and Tourism Professionals

On the morning of August 27, Hotel V1501 in Pasto was the setting for the official presentation of the conference agenda of the 14th International Congress of Journalists and Tourism Professionals, where students and professors from CESMAG University played an active role.
The congress, organized by the World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO) in collaboration with the Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico de la Alcaldía de Pasto, and in partnership with the Asociacion de Guias Profesionales AYLLU and Morada al Sur Red de Alojamientos Rurales de Nariño created a space for academic and professional exchange around biosociocultural dialogues for the transformation of tourism.
CESMAG University, known for its undergraduate programs such as Graphic Design and Business Administration, as well as its postgraduate degrees in Big Data and Cybersecurity, contributed through its students and professors with an innovative and critical perspective to the ongoing debate on tourism, sustainable communication, and their contemporary challenges.
The university’s participation reaffirms CESMAG’s commitment to the comprehensive education of its students, who had the opportunity to connect their academic learning with experiences of international relevance.
