From August 25 to September 7, southern Colombia will host an unprecedented international event: the department of Nariño will welcome travel journalists from around the world as part of the Open Passport Award 10 and the 14th World Congress of Travel Journalism.
For two weeks, participants will tour various municipalities in Nariño, exploring their natural landscapes, cultural expressions, and sustainable tourism projects. The agenda combines learning, transformative experiences, and spaces to recognize journalistic commitment to conscious tourism.
