Miguel Ledhesma held a workshop on neuroscience applied to communication in tourism in Villa Gesell

As part of the 5th Forum of Journalists and Tourism Leaders, organized by the World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO), Miguel Ledhesma held an impactful workshop on neuroscience applied to communication in tourism. The session was aimed at journalists and industry professionals with the goal of providing tools to create a more genuine and profound impact on the audience.

One of the main activities of the workshop was the creation of tourist neuromaps in groups, a dynamic that allowed participants to explore how the brain works in relation to the perception of destinations, emotions, and narratives. The experience sparked great enthusiasm, as attendees not only discovered new communication strategies but also recognized practical applications for their everyday lives.

“The people were fascinated,” said the organization, highlighting the connection between science, tourism, and personal well-being. The forum continues to position itself as a key space for innovation and reflection in the tourism sector.
