The 14th International Congress of Journalists and Tourism Professionals took place in Pasto

On the morning of August 27, at Hotel V1501 in Pasto, Colombia, the official presentation of the conference agenda for the 14th International Congress of Journalists and Tourism Professionals was held. The event was organized by the World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO) in collaboration with the Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico de la Alcaldía de Pasto, in partnership with the Asociación de Guias Profesionales  AYLLU  and Morada al Sur Red de Alojamientos Rurales de Nariño.


Under the theme Diálogos Biosocioculturales para la Transformación the event brought together journalists, academics, tourism professionals, and community representatives to reflect on the current challenges of the sector, promoting sustainable, inclusive tourism that is connected to local knowledge.
