WTJO will celebrate International Women’s Day with a book presentation and a preview of its international congress in Monterrey

The World Travel Journalism Organization (WTJO) will hold a special event next Sunday, March 8, to commemorate International Women’s Day, combining recognition, editorial production, and institutional announcements of international scope.

During the gathering, the fifth book of travel stories written by graduates of the International Certification in Travel Journalism will be presented. This collective publication brings together experiences, perspectives, and narratives from different regions of the world, emerging from the professional training promoted by the organization.

In addition, WTJO will officially unveil the program for the 16th International Travel Journalism Congress, which will take place in Monterrey from April 23 to May 4. The event will bring together professionals, academics, and content creators connected to tourism and communication, featuring activities focused on trend analysis, exchange of experiences, and strengthening of the sector.

The March 8 event is thus positioned as a space for celebration, cultural promotion, and international projection for the travel journalism community.
